The Garland SS686 commercial restaurant range's full size oven has a complete porcelainized interior finish for better heat retention and easier clean up. The oven has an electro-mechanical, heavy-duty thermostat with a temperature range of 150-550 degrees Fahrenheit. Infinite high / low switch controls give you complete command over each burner's temperature.
